Corporate Identity

During the discover phase of this project the client repeated “the Uber of recruiting.” This led to an exploration that needed to still feel people focused with a modern aesthetic. Too many recruiting sites use the same cheese factor imagery, and there is an oversaturation of green and blue. The color palette needed to stand out as much as the design expression. Exacto desires to be the number one convergence of employers and job seekers.
